Classic Beef Tacos

Classic Beef Tacos

Working on a series of Mexican recipes, I had to include one for a classic ground beef taco, right? Right. No matter where I go for tacos, I always have to try their beef taco––you can tell how good the food will be on that alone! Making taco meat is such an easy way to cook up a ton of ground beef and be able to use it in a variety of recipes for the week! In addition to using taco meat for these classic tacos, I also love to put a heaping scoop of it on top of a big salad with salsa or lime juice as the dressing!
